How to Order PCS Credit
Reports:
1. Go to
www.platinumcreditservices.com using Internet Explorer
2. Type in account information.
Provider ID:
Company ID:
User ID:
Password:
3. Click Login or press Enter -
Go to Add New Report
4. "Select Product" - Simply choose the type of report you need.
5. Fill in all necessary information - Name, SS# and Address
6. Click Order Credit - Screen will state: "Your
request has been posted, the results will be available shortly. Please
stand by:"
Once completed the report will appear on your screen - using Adobe
Acrobat Reader.
*If report does not automatically pop up, disable pop up blocker.
To print the report - Click on the
Printer Icon.
Exit - go to file and
close.
View all reports click on the
Request List.
Search - Put name or SS# with dashes, in the
"Search for:" box, click Search.
Upgrade a report - For example: Single Bureau to
Tri-Merge find the original request, click on product - the available
upgrade products will appear. Select your new product and follow
instructions from # 5.
30 Day Look-back Feature - Once a credit report
is accessed with PCS, our system has a built in 30 day look-back
feature, to avoid multiple pulls on a borrowers file.
For Fannie Mae or Wholesale Lender Re-issues -
Select Platinum Credit Services on the list or providers, if PCS is not
listed select
IR (Informative Research), our technical affiliate.
