1. If you do not see Platinum Credit Services (PCS) listed as a provider, select Informative Research which is a technical affiliate.

2. Verify that your user id and password are correct, passwords are case sensitive always use upper case.
    When your account is established, PCS will supply you with a specific user id and password, please call a customer service representative     to verify.

3. Make sure that the reference # you are inputting is identical to the one on your credit report.

4. Verify all of the information on the credit report matches exactly to the information you are submitting to the lender. The address has to be     identical; the applicant/co-applicant has to be identical, SS# etc. If any information does not match your original request the report will not be     able to be re-issued.
