Please note two of the most common error codes are Error 1 and Error 41.

Error Code 1
Client number and or password are incorrect or invalid or inactive. Please confirm and resubmit or call PCS for assistance.

Error Code 41
"Your request did not complete" please contact PCS. Error 41 is a general error, this error tells us, something on your original credit request/report does not match the information, being submitted to lender. Most common things to look for are spelling errors, mistakes in SS#'s, applicant and co-Applicant were switched, address incomplete, reference number typed in wrong or an O put in as a zero, etc. If you can not see any problems or differences, please contact PCS.
